SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Shipping Timeline: We will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship your order within 30 to 60 days of order confirmation, unless a different shipping timeframe is expressly stated at the time of your purchase. If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe, we will notify you before the end of the stated shipping window and provide you the option to: (1) consent to a revised shipping date; or (2) cancel your order for a full refund. If you do not respond to our delay notice within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

Freight Delivery: Products shipped via freight carrier require a scheduled delivery appointment. The freight carrier will contact you using the information provided at checkout to arrange delivery at a mutually agreeable time. You will receive a confirmation from the carrier within a designated notification window prior to your scheduled delivery date. Please ensure that a responsible adult is available at the delivery address during the confirmed delivery window. Halde is not responsible for additional delivery charges or delays resulting from a missed delivery appointment or failure to reach you to schedule delivery.
